We have just had a pool completed by Arnestos Ralph of House of Pools. From the day we met to the handove everything about Arnestos was sincere.He delivered on everythinh he promised and always kep us in the loop as to what is going on.
Hi commitment and passion, coupled with his knowledge of pools is unsurpassd. Apart from checking on everything he also came back two weeks later to connect the pool cleaner, as well as leaving us with a message of assurance to contact him anytime to inquire on any working parts on the pump, etc.

Based on a recommendation from one of ou neighbours, I approached Anestos Ralph of Houes of Pools due to a leak in my swimming pool. Anestos was very friendly and professional and replace my pool’s weir and piping very neatly in one day only”

“House of pools installation
House of pools was one of 3 companies approached. Quote was competitive. Some things I did not like in the contract and Anestos was more that accommodating with the changes I made (after we discussed it). Pool construction proceeded smoothly with regular updates and videos/pics. Handover was good. Some issues after the pool was handed over and these were handled well although it did take one or two goes to get the issue sorted out. Anestos was always available and happy to sort out the issue that arose. The only quibble was a subcontractor who broke a drain cover that was not repaired as it should have been but to be fair the drain cover was in a state of disrepair prior to construction commencing”
